Skills required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year previous related working experience in an international environment
  • Previous recruitment experience is mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, willing to work in a fast paced organization; self-starter
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software
  • Excellent organizational abilities; punctual
What you will do
Recruitment Responsibilities:
o Help promote job openings (social media, recruitment agencies, etc.)
o Coordinate basic screenings of candidates for job openings
o Update recruitment pipeline on a daily basis
o Coordinate job interviews as necessary
o Maintain good working relationships with employees and recruiters
Administrative Responsibilities:
o Coordinate logistics for meetings, lunches, business travel
o Provide general information to the Vietnam team
o Assist in general office duties (office supplies, IT)
o Participate in the continuous improvement of processes related to life at the office
o Collaborate and maintain good working relationships between the company’s
overseas offices and the Vietnam team
o Assist in the organization of events and social activities
o Other administrative activities as necessary
