Skills required
  • B.S., Engineering or Business discipline
  • Min 10 years’ experience in Sales for Vietnam market is a must, experience in adjacent countries is a plus.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively and to contribute in a team environment
  • High levels of creativity and energy
  • Exemplary time management, self-disciplined, hands-on and sense of urgency
  • Business orientation and acumen: fast and assertive decision-making based on analytical thinking in a highly dynamic, changing environment.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese reading, writing and speaking
  • Frequent Travels
What you will do
  • Working with the General Manager of HK to identify sales strategies and execute tactics that are in-line with Company's APAC’s strategic plan to maintain the business with existing customers; and identify new customers and new markets in order to drive sales growth.
  • Assist the team member to maintain key customers’ relationships and provide sales expertise to an assigned account based including local and international accounts in Vietnam
  • Daily duties include conducting sales calls to secure sales orders from customers, quoting prices, preparing proposals and providing information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates to customers. Submitting all required reports indicating daily action summaries, customer visit reports, key account project, forecasting, CRM data, and new potential business opportunities.
  • Account penetration/ partnering are a mandate with contacts established on multiple levels.
  • Working with each department within the company to ensure key accounts customer satisfaction levels are being maintained.
  • Working with Marketing team and General Manager of HK to provide and conduct the competitive analysis and generate leads through market and client research including identifying potential opportunities within the market and analyze the potential market value of those opportunities.
  • To coordinate with the sales teams from sister companies to follow up all the new sales opportunities/ business that will be transferred to the Asian Countries or virus vita.
  • Conducting a customer service rules and deal with customer complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved without escalating or losing a customer.
  • Performance will be measured on sales dollars on new business and profitability in relation to market conditions and the ability to display the highest level of professionalism and judgement.
