Skills required

·         3 - 5 years of technical recruiting experience.

·         Good knowledge of softwares and technology.

·         Experience with leveraging on job platforms in Vietnam (LinkedIn, etc.).

·         Strong drive to excel in a fast-paced, autonomous, startup environment.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese).

What you will do

·         Manage the full-cycle recruitment process - creating JDs, sourcing, interviewing and reference checks.

·         Conduct phone/video interviews to screen and qualify candidates.

·         Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive recruitment efforts.

·         Help to maintain various recruitment tracking reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable.

·         Work with external recruitment partners, helping them to identify job requirements and specifications.

·         Provide an engaging candidate experience regardless of hiring outcome.
