Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent with 5+ years of experience within an eCommerce industry

B2B and B2C domain expertise in Retail/CPG/Manufacturing/Consumer Electronics industries 

Experience in eCommerce Ordering Process, Categories, Pricing, Currencies, Countries, Discount, T&Cs, Payment Gateways, Fraud protections and Handling Product Catalogs

Experience in Order Management, Fulfillment Strategy, Master Data Management, Channel Management

Expertise in handling Order, Cart, Product, WCMS and Cockpit modules of Hybris Suite

In depth knowledge of Hybris Suite basics and accelerators

Experience in Data Integration and Content Management with Hybris Suite

Experience in design, integrations, interfacing with vendor technology/solutions, guiding and mentoring internal teams on architectural/integration decisions

Experience in gathering key business requirements and developing IT architecture, solutions, and technical strategies that support business needs

Experience in SAP OTC, PTP will be added advantage

Demonstrate experience in collaborating with stakeholders and business process owners

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal skills, results oriented and ability to work independently and effectively in a global team environment

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment 

Experience with Agile development practices a plus

What you will do

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical team to translate complex business requirements into solution design

Support the global deployment of SAP Hybris within the corporation

Responsible for the production monitoring, incident management, change requests and projects

Develop, test and implement SAP Hybris solution enhancements

Review, analyze, and solution change requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates

Provide information/advice to business leadership regarding best practices, industry trends, as well as feedback on the overall performance of processes and tools

Understand key business controls and impacts of changes caused by functionality, technology and business needs

Identify and initiate process improvements (continuous improvement)      

Conduct Unit testing, Integration testing, Regression testing, Performance testing and Disaster Recovery testing

Train and transfer knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders as required

Collaborate with other team members/business functions to ensure end to end process integration and consistency in development, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives
